This past week…
- The non-profit organization ElderHelp of San Diego boxed, bagged, and delivered food to 850 seniors who have felt isolated due to COVID and protests. Read the story here.
- Another non-profit, Hugs and Bags, gave away 400 meals at San Diego Miramar College to help ease inequity among hungry families. Read more here.
- SDG&E announced a multi-year giving campaign, called “Energy for Others,” to support communities in need, civic engagement, and social justice. Learn about the campaign.

There is more to look forward to this weekend. While the full San Diego County Fair may not be happening, you can still enjoy some of the food!
